Hardwood Floor Maintenance Levels
Squeaky Clean & Recoat - This is a dustless three step system in which we will vacuum the entire area, clean the floor with the deep cleaning Squeaky Clean cleaner, and recoat the floor with your choice of satin or gloss finish. (We will not be using Dirt Dragon machine with this method) Ready For Use In 24 Hours!Tykote Dustless Recoating System - This is a dustless four step system in which we will vacuum the entire area, deep clean the floor with the Dirt Dragon cleaning machine, apply Tykote bonding agent to the floor (to guarantee proper Finish to Hardwood bond), and apply a floor finish either satin, semi gloss, or gloss. (This method is for moderate to heavily soiled areas in need of recoating. This will not remove imperfections in floor itself) Ready For Use In 24 Hours.
Screen & Coat - This system is designed for floors that have minor imperfections and in need of light sanding and finishing. This is a less dust system not a dustless system. We cannot change floor color with this method. Major imperfections in floor will remain but will be recoated. (Most cases we can sell the Tykote system instead of this) Ready For Use In 24-48 hours.
Sand & Finish - This system is designed for heavily worn floors and/or for customers who want to change the color (stain) of the floor. The floor will be completely sanded down removing most imperfections, the floor will then be stained, then finally finished with customers choice of finish either satin, semi gloss, or gloss. (This system can take several days) Ready For Use In 72 Hours.
